This is an ideal place for jogging, bike tours, long walks, but also for lounging at the pool. The villa also offers you a small, but fully equipped fitness centre, suitable for both beginners and professionals, two pools with hydro-massage and a Finnish steam bath.

As to make your holiday on Stancija full of various activities, you have at your disposal a private driving range for golf, surrounded by vineyards, the archery targets and the equipment for Nordic walking. You do not have to take with you the golf and archery equipment, since everything that you have to do is to ask our kind personnel to give it to you.

The sea is incredibly clean in the whole Istrian coastal area. The indented coast is rocky in places, with flat stone surfaces and small gravely beaches. The sea is ideal for diving. There are many woods on the peninsula, and the beaches also enjoy shade beneath centuries-old Mediterranean pines.

* The above prices refer a 7-day lease at least. In case of a shorter lease period, the additional 35% will be added. The change-day is Friday, check in is at 05.00 p.m., check out is at 10.00 a.m.

Basic services (price inclusive):

• the chef, for preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch and supper throughout the day.The chef shall arrange everything with you in advance (one day in advance or the same day in the morning). He will also obtain the food and prepare the original and rich, but at the same time simple and healthy Mediterranean meals, Istrian specialties, international cuisine, meals from Far and Near East, fusion etc... The alimentary to be used for the preparation of meals are not included in the price, but you will only pay the market price in accordance with the bills or specification (in case of market purchase) which will be presented to you. Of course, the vegetables from our garden are free of charge.
• the host, for 6 hours of daily cleaning
• use of all facilities – open-air pool (12 x 6 m), indoor pool (7,5 x 4,5 m), sauna, fitness, 5 bikes etc.

In Istria, stancija has always been a term for a jewel in the crown of the mellow and fragrant scenery in which it is situated. In the rural surroundings, stancija cherishes savoir-vivre and finesse. At the true stancija one can always feel a healthy relation to the nature, admiration and respect.

It is as if Nicola was born on the stancija, with the right balance between his love for the Istrian land and its fruits, and his loyalty to the gastronomic art, which reshapes the taste on our palate into a supreme artistic experience. When he appeared first, we thought that he was interesting mostly because of the combination of his formal cooking education and his origin. However, after having tasted his meals for the first time, we understood how mistaken we were. He captivated us immediately by his cooking alchemy, incredibly imaginative interpretation of fresh land food. The cooking palette of Nicola reflects a respect for both rural and urban Istria; he chooses fresh and healthy food, studies local and regional cookery and then adds to his meals the knowledge he has brought with him - a spirit of other cooking traditions and refined tastes. Nicola knows Istria, all its advantages and possibilities, and on the villa that he accepted as his sanctum, he creates real pearls.

This is why, completely relaxed and with a complete trust, you can rely on Nicola, whether on the villa, or preparing a romantic lunch in the open, on the beach or anywhere you wish, and Nicola will treat you to new tastes from the Mediterranean, Istria, to French cookery or fusion: every meal will reflect his great experience and his artistic skills. In addition, he will offer you a large choice of national and international wines and spice the whole thing with the olive oil, which won important international awards (gold medal "Vinistra" in 2006, the best pure extra virgin oil - slow food in 2006 and finally, according to the guide L’extravergine, the title of the best world oil in the category of oils with intensive fruit taste and one of the 15 best olive oils in the whole world).

Do not be surprised by our low prices and do not possibly think that such prices will not provide the quality you deserve. These are only the indicative supply prices of the ingredients used for the meals we prepare for you, whereas the services of our and your cook, Jean Yves, have been included in the lease price of the house. He prepares of those ingredients anything you might wish and he prepares it in his best way, which will, believe us, meet all your gourmand expectations. Jean Yves’s cooking is really excellent and only few restaurants will satisfy you as much. Find it out yourself and if you are not satisfied, we will return your money without any objection.

The menu is indicative and represents only a small portion of the meals which Jean Yves may prepare and usually prepares. If you wish, he will be glad to prepare all the meals you may find on our menu, but also all other meals you could desire and which are not included there. Or you may simply let yourself be immersed in his experience, which is also our friendly suggestion
